About Us
Founded in Detroit, Michigan in 2024, Production Line Media seeks to produce unique, original content with our distinct voice. We’re grassroots people, figuring out the path as we walk it.
The name of our company was inspired by the infamous 1940s Detroit Red Wings’ powerhouse forward line. In 1950, each player finished one, two, and three in league scoring—a feat yet to be repeated. Our goal is the same: To be a dynamic group dominating the scene, but in the film and entertainment industry.
The Production Line
John Cardellio
John is a pioneer in making the Michigan film scene grow as he advocates for more Midwest project productions. He recently put together a team and won numerous awards at the Beloit International Film Festival (one of FilmFreeway’s Top Reviewed Festivals) with Gateway to the Goulash (2025). He recently directed Production Line Media’s next short film, Brotherly Hypocrisy (2025), which is now in its festival run.

Trevor Tosto
Trevor has been making a name for himself in the indie film scene with his distinct, original voice. Trained under the wing of American Film Institute graduates (America’s #1 rated Film School), his short films Kolbe House (2024) and Three Dudes & a Minor Zombie Apocalypse (2024) have played in numerous film festivals across the world.
